Built by a lifter
who logged a year
in Excel.
Ironi started as one person's spreadsheet problem. Now it's a free workout tracker with an AI trainer, made by a small team called Brillness.
The progress was invisible.
For over a year, every workout ended the same way: typing sets into an Excel sheet in the parking lot. Hundreds of rows. Reps, weights, dates. All of it saved, none of it useful.
The sheet held the data but couldn't answer anything. Was the bench going up? Which lifts were stuck? What should the next set be? Finding out meant scrolling and math in the middle of a workout. So it never happened.
So we built the tool we wanted: a tracker fast enough to use between sets. One tap to log. Last time's numbers already filled in. Every PR spotted the moment it happens. A dashboard that shows a year of training in ten seconds.
Then AI made the next step possible. Now a trainer reads every finished session against your full history, tells you in plain words how it went, and sets your next targets. The one thing the spreadsheet could never do is now the thing the app does best.
Ironi is built by Brillness. A small team, no investors. The tracker is free for everyone, forever, because the best way to build a great workout tracker is to have people actually training with it. The AI trainer is the only paid part. It costs about as much as a protein bar.
Three rules we
build by.
Numbers are the hero
No badges, no games. Your weights, reps and trends are the app. If a screen doesn't make a number clearer, we don't ship it.
Fast beats fancy
You touch the tracker about 25 times per session, so it has to be instant. Pre-filled sets, one-tap logging, no loading spinners between you and the next set.
Your data is yours
Your training history is never sold and never used for ads. We store what the app needs to train you, nothing more. Delete it anytime.
From one sheet
to an AI trainer.
A year of Excel logging
Every session typed into a sheet by hand. Great archive, terrible trainer. The frustration that started everything.
One-tap logging, built for the rack
The first version did one thing: log a set faster than a spreadsheet ever could, with last time's numbers already on screen.
Progress you can actually see
Weekly volume trends, PR detection, training splits, body-weight tracking. The year of data finally started talking back.
A review after every session
The trainer reads each workout against your full history, tells you how it really went, sets your next targets, and can build your whole plan.
Free to track, and improving weekly
The tracker is free for everyone; the AI trainer comes with Ironi Pro. The roadmap is driven by people who train with it every day, including us.
Train with the tool
we wished existed.
Tracking is free forever. Add the trainer whenever you're ready.
