Account deletion

Delete your Ironi account.

If you can sign in, delete your account in Profile. Ironi removes the account and app data right away. Use this page if you cannot sign in.

Subscriptions Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play or the Dodo billing portal first if you want charges to stop.
Retention Ironi keeps only the payment provider ID, plan ID, billing status and billing dates until the end of the eighth financial year after deletion. We keep these fields for accounting, tax, refunds, chargebacks and audits.
Signed-in users Open Profile, tap Delete account, and confirm. The app removes your account and signs you out. You can use the same email to make a new account later.

Enter your account email. We will send you a secure deletion link.

The link works for 30 minutes. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder.
